Plug In & Go – A National Drive Electric Month Event

Texas EV, in collaboration with Charge Across Town (CAT), North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and Denton Main Street Association is excited to host a free electric vehicle test drive event at Denton Arts and Autos on September 13.

Attendees will have the opportunity to test drive a wide range of EVs and speak with local dealers. Also learn how to take advantage of up to $7,500 off new or $4,000 off used electric vehicles before federal EV incentives expire on September 30th. Participants will receive a voucher to use at their choice of 40+ local businesses in the area, as well as be entered into a raffle to win an electric bicycle.

This initiative is funded by Electrify America and aims to expand electric vehicle awareness, accessibility, and adoption in priority communities, with emphasis on communities with environmental and economies burdens. This event will tie into National Drive Electric Month (NDEM), a month-long campaign coordinated by Plug in America.
